A high-capacity holding tank, a covered seat, a urinal, an inward-swinging door that locks with an outside occupancy indicator, roof and floor vents that actually move air in the LA heat, and a full load of paper. What does a standard unit run in Los Angeles?
It rents on a flat weekly rate that already includes delivery, one service visit a week and the pickup. Quantity and rental length move the number. Call (213) 463-1715 and the figure comes back on the call.
Can I rent a single unit?
Yes. A single unit for a two-week bathroom remodel is a normal order, and so is forty for a stadium lot. There is no minimum count.
How often does a truck come out?
Once a week as standard — the technician pumps the tank, washes the interior, wipes the seat and dispensers and restocks paper and deodorizer. Twice- or three-times-weekly service is available where the traffic justifies it.
How many people can a single unit really take?
Ten workers over a normal 40-hour week is the planning number. Longer shifts, a heat wave in the Valley or an event bar all push that down — at which point you add units or add service days.
What surface does it sit on?
Anything solid and reasonably level: concrete, asphalt, compacted gravel, packed dirt or turf. Truck access matters more — we need roughly a driveway's width to deliver and to return each week.
Will it hold on a hillside street?
On a real grade we set the unit on a levelled pad or cribbing rather than trusting the slope. Tell us the incline when you book and the driver arrives with what the placement needs.
Will I need a permit?
On private property, generally not. On a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way, the City of LA and most county cities want a use or encroachment permit. Check with the jurisdiction; we set the unit wherever you direct.
Can I keep it past the booked end date?
Call ahead of the end date and we extend it in place — the unit stays where it is, the route is unchanged, and nothing gets swapped.
