Los Angeles Porta Potty (“we,” “us”) operates this website to let people in the Los Angeles area request a portable restroom rental quote by phone. The whole point of the site is to get you to call (213) 463-1715. We do not run contact forms, we do not keep an email list, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
The only information we ask for is what you choose to tell us on the phone when you call for a quote — typically a delivery address, the dates you need service, and roughly how many people will use the units. We use that to size and schedule your rental, and for nothing else.
There is no account to create, no newsletter to join, and no payment taken through this website.
Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard access logs (for example, the requesting IP address, browser type, and the pages viewed) for security and to keep the site running. If we use a basic website-analytics tool, it records aggregate, non-identifying visit statistics. We do not build advertising profiles from this.
This site uses few or no cookies of its own. Pages that show a map embed Google Maps, and pages served over the web may load fonts from Google Fonts; those third parties receive the request needed to deliver their content and handle it under their own privacy terms. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing the ability to see our phone number and call us.
Calls placed to the number on this site are answered and booked through our fulfillment partner so a person can actually schedule your delivery. All that gets shared with them is the minimum required to complete the service.
Your personal information is never sold, rented out or exchanged with anyone. We share the details of a booking only with the people needed to deliver and service it, and with any authority where the law requires it.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request that it be deleted, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because this site is a calls-only quote line and we do not sell personal information, there is very little to request — but if you want to make a request, call (213) 463-1715.
This site is built for adults setting up rentals, and none of it is aimed at kids. Information from anyone younger than 13 is not something we gather on purpose.
