One Job, Done Right

Portable restrooms are not a complicated product. What separates a good rental from a bad one is purely operational: does the unit turn up clean, does it turn up when someone said it would, does anyone come back to service it without being chased, and is the invoice the number you were quoted. Get those four right and there is little else to discuss.

So that is what we organize around. Deliveries are routed by corridor across LA rather than dispatched one address at a time, which is why a window we give you is a window we can hold. Units are pumped, washed and restocked before they ever leave the yard. Servicing runs on a fixed weekly day. And the number quoted on the call is the number on the invoice — no fuel line, no environmental fee, nothing tacked on later.

The Fleet

Five units cover just about every job around here: the standard unit for crews and public events, the deluxe flushing unit where guests will use it, the ADA-accessible restroom that keeps a public event within code, freestanding handwashing stations, and the luxury restroom trailer for weddings, galas and productions.

Where We Work

All of Los Angeles County and the northern edge of Orange County. That covers a genuinely difficult delivery map — one-way downtown grids, hillside canyon roads, the passes into the Valley and the high desert, film permits and coastal traffic — which is exactly why we plan placement on the booking call instead of leaving it to the curb.
