Job Sites
Sanitation that keeps up with the schedule.
Units set where the crew actually works, serviced on a fixed weekly route and billed monthly so the paperwork does not eat a morning. From a single-unit remodel to a multi-phase high-rise build.
Open Mon–Sat 4am–4pm · same-day drop-off on most orders
LA job sites are rarely generous with room. A Downtown infill tower gives you a sidewalk shed and little else. A Westside tenant improvement means threading a unit past a live parking structure. A hillside build off Mulholland has a driveway a flatbed can take only one way. Placement is most of the job, and we plan it before the truck leaves rather than working it out at the curb.
Federal guidance under 29 CFR 1926.51 scales toilet facilities to crew size — one unit for up to twenty workers, then a unit per additional forty, with the practical planning figure near one unit per ten people on a full week. Cal/OSHA expects those facilities kept clean and stocked, which is what a weekly service route actually delivers. Certificates of insurance are available on request for sites that need one on file before a delivery is booked.
As phases change, so does the count. Excavation and foundation take fewer than framing; framing takes fewer than a finish crew stacked with subs. Call and we move units on or off the site rather than leaving you paying for a bank nobody uses.
Unit counts set to 29 CFR 1926.51, weekly documented servicing, ADA units where the site requires them, and certificates of insurance on request.
Long-running sites move to a monthly cycle, one invoice covering every unit on the job. Add or drop units mid-month and the next invoice tracks it.
We place units clear of crane swing, delivery lanes and the fire path, on ground a service truck can still reach in month six. Moves within the site are routine.
