What It Costs

Straight Talk on Price

One flat figure, with delivery, servicing and pickup inside it.

We will not stick a made-up number on a web page. Here is exactly what moves the price, so the quote on the call makes sense before you hear it.

The Five Things That Move It

What Really Moves the Number

1

Which unit you pick

A standard porta potty is comfortably the cheapest thing we rent. A deluxe flushing unit is a small step up from there. An ADA unit runs higher because the cabin is roughly double the size. A restroom trailer sits in its own bracket — effectively a plumbed building on wheels.

2

How many you need

Multi-unit orders come down per unit, because a single delivery covers the lot — two units is not double the price of one once the truck is already rolling.

3

How long it sits

Short event rentals are billed by the day or the weekend. Anything past about four weeks moves to a monthly rate, which works out well below a string of weekly rentals.

4

How often it gets serviced

One weekly visit sits inside every quoted rate. Sites running hot — a heavy crew, a multi-day event, a public restroom in a busy park — add visits, quoted per visit.

5

What the site needs

Most placements need nothing more. Ground that will not hold level, or a trailer that needs a generator and a water tank because the venue supplies neither, is quoted in from the start rather than surfacing later.

Start by sizing your count with the unit calculator, or compare the units if you are still deciding. Give us a ring after that and we will work it into a real number for you.

Pricing Questions

Why aren't prices listed on this page?
Because a posted number would be wrong for most callers. A single unit for a weekend and twelve units on a nine-month build are not the same product, and a rate card covering both would be a fiction. One call turns it into a real figure for your specific job.
What does the quoted rate cover?
Delivery, placement, one service visit a week and the final collection — that is the entire price, with no fuel surcharge, environmental levy or admin fee tacked on at invoicing.
Do you take a deposit?
For standard unit rentals, generally none. Restroom trailers and large event bookings may take a deposit, spelled out clearly when you book.
Do you charge extra to deliver further out?
No. The flat rate covers delivery and collection anywhere in the LA area we serve.
How is monthly billing handled?
Rentals past about four weeks move to a monthly cycle: one invoice covering every unit on the account, adjusted as units are added or dropped.
Can you put the quote in writing?
Yes. Call with the details and we will confirm the figure in writing, so there is a record of what was agreed.
What happens if I cancel?
Call as far ahead as you can. Canceling before the unit is loaded is simple; once the truck is out, there is a run to account for.
Do you charge for damage?
Normal wear over a long placement is expected and costs you nothing. Real damage — a door torn off, a unit tipped — is assessed and talked through, never quietly billed.
