Still Choosing

Choosing Between Them

Which unit rents for the least?
By a comfortable margin, it is the standard porta potty. It also covers the most situations — most job sites and plenty of public events never need anything else.
How does a standard unit differ from a deluxe?
The deluxe unit brings a foot-pedal flush from its own fresh-water reservoir, an in-cabin basin with soap and towels, a mirror and an interior light. Same footprint, same access, noticeably better experience.
Am I required to rent an ADA unit?
If the event or facility is open to the public, yes — at least one, then one per twenty standard units. At a private event it is not required, but it is the difference between a guest attending comfortably and not.
Can I combine different unit types on one order?
That is the usual pattern — standards for the crew or back of house, deluxe units at the guest end, an accessible unit, and sinks in proportion. One order, one delivery, one invoice.
When does a restroom trailer make sense?
When the site can physically take one and the event is the sort where guests would clock a portable unit. Past roughly eighty guests at a wedding, it is usually the right call.
How many sinks do I need?
Roughly one two-bay station per four restroom units, and more where food is handled. Vendor rows at a festival usually want their own dedicated stations.
